Inspired by the beauty of the 1990s and specializing in Central Vietnamese cuisine, Mộc Mạc offers a nostalgic journey through time. Its dishes and overall identity transport guests to a bygone era, allowing them to experience the elegance, authenticity, and rustic refinement of Vietnam's culinary heritage.

This work draws inspiration from Vietnamese retro aesthetics and vintage stamps, blending them with the familiar color palette of everyday Vietnamese life. At its center, the lotus symbolizes Vietnam’s classical beauty and modest elegance.
